2. Billing Process
We believe in transparent billing with no hidden charges.
- Estimates: Before your move, we provide a detailed quotation that includes packing material, manpower, transportation, taxes, and any additional services.
- Final Invoice: After the service is completed, we generate a proper GST invoice. This ensures your payment is backed by official documentation.
- Payment Modes: Customers can pay via cash, card, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. Advance payments are accepted only against a receipt.
- Taxes and Fees: All applicable GST and service taxes are clearly mentioned—nothing is hidden or added later without your consent.
- Flexibility: For long-distance or corporate moves, we also allow milestone-based payments (partial payment at booking, balance on delivery).

3. Working Method & Process
Our relocation process is designed to be systematic, efficient, and customer-friendly.
- Pre-Move Survey: Our supervisor visits your home/office, inspects items, and discusses your needs. For small moves, this can also be done over video call.
- Quotation & Confirmation: A written quotation is shared. Once you approve, we schedule the move as per your convenience.
- Packing Day: On the day of the move, our team arrives with all packing materials, labels, and equipment. Every item is carefully packed and recorded.
- Loading: Goods are systematically loaded into GPS-enabled trucks using ramps, trolleys, and manpower.
- Transport: The vehicle starts its journey. Customers receive live tracking updates and regular calls from our support team.
- Unloading & Unpacking: At the destination, we unload everything, place boxes in the right rooms, and help unpack essentials.
- Feedback & Closure: We request customer feedback before closing the move to ensure 100% satisfaction.

4. Terms & Conditions
Every relocation agreement is bound by fair terms that protect both customer and company.
- Service Agreement: A written contract is signed before the move, mentioning scope of services, charges, and timeline.
- Prohibited Items: We cannot transport hazardous materials, inflammable liquids, explosives, or illegal items.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours in advance are refunded (after deducting booking charges). Shorter notices may incur partial deductions.
- Damage & Liability: While we take maximum care, any damage caused in transit is covered only under transit insurance (if opted). Without insurance, liability is limited to service charges.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes are first attempted to be resolved mutually. If unresolved, they fall under the legal jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen road closures.

- Third-Party Links: We sometimes share links to insurance providers or storage partners. We are not responsible for their independent policies.
- No Guarantee Clause: While we assure quality service, factors like weather, traffic, or third-party delays are beyond our control.
