I have to give a huge shoutout to the Montu team for our recent shift out of Mayur Vihar. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My biggest worry was a very heavy, old-school wooden almirah that has been in our family for ages, but the crew handled it with such incredible care and skill. They also managed to dismantle our children’s entire bunk bed set and reassemble it perfectly in the new place, which was a massive relief. Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the Montu crew who handled our move from Lajpat Nagar. My biggest worry was my huge library of books, which meant dozens of incredibly heavy boxes, plus a collection of large framed prints that are really dear to me. The team that came over was fantastic. They managed the book boxes with what seemed like no effort at all and took extra precautions with the artwork, using proper padding and corner guards. The lane outside our old place is super narrow, so they had a bit of a long carry to the truck, but they had a great system and never complained once. The whole team was just so good-natured and got the job done without any drama.

Moving from our flat in Patel Nagar felt like a huge task, but the Montu crew were absolute pros. I was most on edge about our large glass-top dining table and a whole lot of delicate kitchen crockery. The team packed everything with such meticulous attention; it was honestly impressive to watch. The biggest challenge was getting our double-door fridge down the narrow staircase, but they maneuvered it with incredible skill, not leaving a single scratch on the wall or the appliance. मैंने करोल बाग से लखनऊ अपनी बहन के लिए कुछ किताबें और दिल्ली हाट से खरीदा एक मिट्टी का शोपीस भेजना था। दोनों चीज़ें एक साथ भेजना थोड़ा मुश्किल लग रहा था क्योंकि किताबें भारी थीं और शोपीस बहुत नाज़ुक। स्विफ्ट पैक एक्सप्रेस के ऑफिस पहुँचा तो वहाँ के लड़कों ने फटाफट इसका हल निकाल दिया। उन्होंने किताबों के लिए एक मज़बूत डिब्बा तैयार किया और शोपीस को कई परतों में बबल रैप करके उसे डिब्बे में ऐसे सेट किया कि वो हिले भी नहीं। मेरा पार्सल वक्त से पहले और बिलकुल सही-सलामत पहुँच गया। सच कहूँ तो इनका काम बहुत स्मार्ट और भरोसेमंद है। अगली बार भी यहीं से भेजूँगा।
